Where do I even start?

Start with your gap, not with a service. Every struggling marketing effort breaks in one of a few places — and the right first move is the piece that fixes your break, not the piece that's newest or loudest. Here's the honest map.

Find your gap

  • "Not enough people know us." That's a visibility gap — start with getting seen: the Streaming Network, content, social.
  • "People find us but don't reach out." That's a conversion gap — the website isn't answering questions or making the next step easy. Start with an Axiom Site.
  • "We need conversations we're not getting." That's an outbound gap — start with an AI-SDR doing disciplined outreach.
  • "Leads come in and go quiet." That's a follow-up gap — interest has a half-life, and the fix is a response path that answers fast and never drops the thread.
  • "Honestly, several of these." That's normal — most businesses start with one piece and add the next once the first is working. One piece can stand alone.

What the first step looks like

A conversation, not a contract. You can ask Sophie right now — she can talk through your gap and set up a strategy session with the team, or point you to a form if you'd rather type a few details and be contacted. Either way, the session itself is where the plan gets made.

What it doesn't do

No single first step fixes everything, and anyone who says otherwise is selling the piece, not the plan. The honest version: fix the biggest break first, verify it's working, then decide what's next.
